DTDC Late delivery, very rude and arrogant response by the staff

Name of company/service: DTDC couriers

I had sent a courier via DTDC bearing consignment No: B92259039 on 01/04/2013 to Palghat. It was birthday gift to my cousin who is 3 year old. His birthday was 03/04/2013, till now 06/04/2013 the courier has not reached them. The DTDC website tracker shows the package is delivered on 04/04/2013 3.29 pm. This never happened and they should inform me whether they have lost the courier.
I contacted the Bangalore office and Palghat office but the response from the DTDC staff was very unprofessional and irresponsible. The DTDC staff/manager of palghat Branch Ms. Amudha, her reply prompted me to lodge this complaint. This lady was very rude, arrogant and callous. The way she respond to customer concerns is highly condemnable. In spite of late delivery ( 5 days over still not delivered) the irresponsible, rude and arrogant attitude of the staff in Palghat branch especially Ms. Amudha will tarnish the image of the DTDC. One staff like her can do a severe damage to DTDC reputation. Till now I did not get any response. Please look into the matter.
