Irresponsible behavior by Vodafone Care

Hi,

This is Nakul Garg from Muzaffarnagar , UttarPradesh. I am regular and more than 6 yrs old customer of Vodafone I wrote a following complaint to Vodafone before 2 days …….

” I am a Vodafone consumer with the no . 8410066903.
I want to inform you that i missed my original Sim with my phone before some days. So i went to your Customer care center , Court road branch, muzaffarnagar, U.P.-251001 to take the duplicate Sim for this number.
There i met your customer executive “Ms. Vibhuti” . She asked me for my ID , I showed that .After the confirmation of my no. and ID she told me to recharge my phone. when i asked her to recharge it from there customer care place , she denied. After that, when i returned there after the recharging my phone from the market. This all process took more than my 45 minutes.
After that when i asked her for my process she told me that there is no Sim available today for your no. .

Now I want to aware you all for some following points :-
1. Why dint she tell me for availability of Sim cards when i asked him for it first time.
2. I recharged my phone with 20/- Rs. then she told me that for a sim it should be minimum 25 RS. …..Why dint she tell me it when i am going for recharge.
3. Why is the recharge facility not available in your customer care .
4. Why didn’t she told me at first time that the amount for my duplicate Sim would be collected from my recharge amount..

These are my concerns that’s why i am very irritate with your service and service center. I want to inform you that now i am feeling that if i get service like that from your side i should cut my all Vodafone no.. . If i’ll not get a fine response from your side it’ll be a very disappointing situation for me, and i dont think that this type of service suits you . I really want to connect with a company which has a big reputation in the world and provides a world class service, but after that i am thinking that if this is your world class service then it would be a very big black spot on your reputation.
So please take a look on my concern and do a right activity in favor of your service policies. Also i need my Duplicate sim urgent so please aware me for this I have all needed documents for it. So why i am getting so many troubles inn this case…

But there is No response after 2 days from Vodafone Care…..So i want to show you the misbehavior and activities against the consumer rights….Please take a look on my complaint and Do something……..
