Irresponsible Attitude of Flipkart

This is notify that, i had bough a product from Flipkart on 25th Aug 2020 at around 8:30 PM.
By 11 PM, The product was shipped as well on the very same day and was expected to arrive by 2nd September.
On 2nd Sep i got an update that, due to some issue the delivery couldn’t be completed and so it will be done in next 2-3 days.
Today on 4th Sep 2020, i got an email that, My request to cancel the Order has been accepted and the Order is Cancelled.
Though I had never requested any Cancellation request still i am informed that i have requested to cancel the order.
I want to file a complaint for this irresponsibility and vague behaviour of Flipkart as well as their logistics partner eKart.
