Selling medicines at a price which is more than print rate

Medical store owner in J.B. gupta Hospital, bhiwani, is charging higher prices (more than print rate) , for the medicines. There were many old age and less educated people who are forced to buy the medicines without any prior concern.
Please help. I shall be very thankful to you, if you do so, as it will help many poor people who are not cautious about it.
