Irrelevant response from Nokia Care

Dear Sir/Mam,

I purchased NOKIA X Mobile on 16-04-2014, the IMEI 352361060342524, Job sheet No. 969504867/140816/036, NCC No. 969_504867 from Shop: SHAH ELECTRONICS, Shop No.: 1, Laxmi Palace, Opp. Union Bank, Near Sony Mony, S.V. Road, Borivali (W). Ph. 9892923315, TIN NO. 27330565422C

Within the 4 months I have notice the problem with touchpad.

I went to SHAH ELECTRONICS regarding the problem, they told me to approach nokia care because it is under warranty,

I gave my mobile in nokia care on 16th Aug. 2014, They told me to check after 10 days, When I checked after 10 days, they asked for the another 10 days.
So again I went there after 10 days, they told me that they had sent my mobile to head office and they told me to call on nokia care and ask them what is the status of my instrument?.

So I called on 080-30303838 for checking my mobile status. They told me that they haven’t received my mobile because it’s not dispatched from SYONA SERVICES. After 5 days I again called on same number, that time they told me that my mobile was dispatched from SYONA SERVICES but they didn’t received.

After that they called me after 27 days from submitted date 16th Aug. 2014 and told me that they received my mobile, they are checking problem and they will update me the status. But they didn’t called me.

Now this complaint takes almost 1 month and 10 days. And now they told me that my mobile warranty is expire because of my mobile was previously opened for repairing. But as I mentioned that my mobile is in under warranty, I didn’t given my mobile to any other mobile repairer or service center.

And still they have not repaired my mobile.

I demanded to repair my phone because I don’t have time to roam around the nokia care, already I took 2-3 days leave on this particular cause and spend much money also for travel etc.

From last two weeks they told me to wait, they are checking with back-end team and will resolve my problem, They dragged 1 month saying the same thing now they simply not responding to my grievance. Now it is 1 month 10 days my mobile is still in nokia care {SYONA SERVICES, G-190, FANTASIA BUSINESS PARK, SEC 30A, OPP. VASHI RAILWAY STATION, VASHI, NAVI MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA, MOBILE: 8108910467}.

Kindly let me know is there any hopes that i can get my phone repaired with this cause, please let me know how long it will take time to get repair.
