Fraud of Nokia

I bought nokia asha phone whose IMEI no. is
357898055177600
My phone got physical damage.It has insurance with universal insurance.I called to universal insurance in which
they give claim intimation no. is 1400014512.They ask for estimation
copy from nokia care.I went to west boring canal road patna nokia care
but they ask me proof of insurance in which my name mentioned.But when i bought Nokia does not gave insurance document .kindly take some action against nokia that no can harrasslike me.
