For the about irregularity of news paper

I pay money in Nav Gujarat Samay at 26/02/2014 for the getting news paper for 5 months amounted Rs. 99/- by Debit Card of SBI. But till now company will not resopding my request and they will not delivered news paper at my home. I am trying to complain in company but company does not respoding properly. For this inregularity I am claiming agaits the Comapy for this inrregularty. For this problem I claim Rs 3000/- from the company otherwise they give me news paper free of cost for the 2 years.
