Dear sir……i have mailed many times to irctc about the reopean the case related to pnr number 6220107514…….but they were not show any response about this matter i also go to the irctc office in patna and they also suggest that make a mail to tdr sir plz help me the amount is about 2600 rs the irctc office staff said that my claim is right and irctc should make the the refund since this case should be handled through central railway so case reopean mail to tdr is needed sir plz look in to this and make my money back
