I have paid total Rs 3,00,000 :
Rs 40,000 as an advance on 30.05.2013
Rs 2,60,000 as full and final payment on 22.06.2013
I have all the receipt.
On 26th June I got confirmation that payment was received.
3 days after getting advance Puja Mehra informed us that tour would be cancelled due to environmental issues. We requested for refund. After numerous correspondence we got following mail on 12th September:
“Madam, All was appraised to you in my previous email that we are in process of doing necessary settlements with our counter parts . All the necessary submissions will be done once the season end in September.
We will keep you informed with all the updates .on time to time basis .

I had not received any communication from her thereafter.
I tried to contact her but she has refused to attain my calls.
I need to get back my refund urgently.
