Dear Sir/Mam,
I frequently book railway ticket through irctc online portal. But this time on 27/08/2013 I was booking a tatkal ticket from Gorakhpur (GKP) TO Dehradun (DDN) in train no. 5005 Date of journey 28/08/2013. When I was booking ticket the website deducted the amount of ticket from my account but showed an error that (We regret for inconvinence your ticket cannot be booked due to some reason and if any payment has been deducted from your account will be refunded within few working days).I thought that the amount which has been deducted will be returned back as usually. After seeing this message I tried to book another ticket so that I can get a confirmed ticket I again tried and i got a confermation message that your ticket has been booked but when I returned on booking history page I saw that the first ticket has also been booked and it was a confirmed ticket now I was having two confirmed ticket with same name and same ID Proof I called the customer care of IRCTC to fing the solution so that one of my ticket gets cancelled and I could receive the refund but the customer care executive said that its not our fault its your fault and if you want to cancel the ticket you may cancel but you will no receive any refund for that. Sir please help me to get my money back I’m a student and I work part time to earn the money its my hard earned money please help me to get the refund of my money. The PNR No of both the ticket are 2450534158 & 2149995002. Dear sir please help me regarding this as soon as possible.
