2Gb 3g data for lumia 720 not provided

Name of company/service: idea cellular /nokia

Respected Sir/ Mam
I bought a Nokia lumia 720 from an retail shop in Gurgaon.It had a promotional offer with 2GB 3G data for 2 months per month. I contacted the IDEA customer care to secure the offer but they were not aware of any such offer.
i contacted nokia afterwards and they told that you need to get a complaint number from Idea customer care so that nokia customer care can contact idea and activate my offer data.
