I purchased two mobile phones from StarCJ in last week of April, Mobiles got delivered with incomplete invoice which were not authenticated by the service center as invoice misses IMEI numbers, I contacted StarCJ numerous times on their Call center center based in gurgaon for first couple of days I requested their agents to send me invoice with my IMEI numbers but they failed to deliver then I asked for their TL initially it was declined but after 2 more calls I got one of their TL named : Brijeshy I explained issue to him he commited a solution which I never got I contacted STARCJ and Karbonn via email then after 6 days I got Invoice for one of my mobile but for second mobile I still struggling to get invoice, Their callcenter is not taking issue seriously and every day I have to spend 30-40 minutes on call without any solution I’m so frustrated now
