I HAVE BOUGHT A MTS MBLAZE DATACARD ON 18/JUNE/2012.AT THE TIME OF BUYING I HAD TO GIVE RS 850 AND THE SELLER HAD TOLD ME THAT I WOULD GET A UNLIMITED SPEED OF 3.1MB/S FOR 2MONTHS AND AFTER THAT I WILL HAVE TO PAY A BILL OF RS 750.THE DATACARD WAS ACTIVATED ON 19/JUNE/2012 AND ON THE FIRST I HAD GOT A SPEED OF ALMOST 2 MB/S BUT FROM THE SECOND DAY I AM ONLY GETTING A SPEED OF 120KB/S TO 160 KB/S.I HAD CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE AND COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS LOW SPEED BUT THEY SAID THAT THE PLAN WHICH BELONG TO MY DATACARD IS TO GIVE A 3.1MB/S SPEED FOR 1 GB DATA AND AFTER THAT IT WILL GIVE A SPEED OF ONLY 150KB/S.AFTER GETTING THIS REPLY FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE,I FEEL CHEATED AND DON’T WANT TO USE THE DATACARD ANY MORE.MY MDN NO.IS 8649841058 AND IT IS A POSTPAID CONNECTION.PLEASE LOOK INTO THE THIS AND TRY TO TAKE SERIOUS STEPS.
