respected sir,

i have complaint against YOU BROADBAND. i have taken new connection from them. my plan for internet is TORNADO 12 MBPS SPEED AND 36 GB USAGE for 3 month. but they are giving just 2 mbps speed. i have raised complaint no(2012062022127) against him regarding speed on 20 june 2012. they are saying that they will resolved within 24 hrs. but still today(24 june 2012)complaint is not solved.

    hello sir,
    i also suffered much from you broadband.i apply for a connection of plan you transformer a week before and i also paid the full money of 2600(3 months).but till now i not receive any net connection.i call them many times in a day but they not giving any response to me..
