I am subscriber of ssv nbc internet service dombivli branch.
I am facing issue of continous net dissconnection for past two months
I fail to understand weather I am paying to connect to internet or using the internet after it gets connected
IT is so furstating at times that as soon as I connect to internet it gets disconnected.
I had raised the issue to their customer care department. but the issue isnt solved till now.
their service is so pathetic that Two weeks ago and engineer promised to change my RJ 45 connector and went to get crimping tool and is not back till now. what can i say about this
