sir/mam,
the net service is not working properly from last 2 to 3 months. i have already complained about it to tata docomo care more than 10 times. but they are not paying attention on this problem. all people are suffring from this problem in deoghar, dont no about another city.
this is a major problem for us, we are paying monthly rental for it but we are not getting the benifit. i have already spoke to the techinical departmwnt lots of times. so please help as soon as possible.
