i had recharged my no 8194840366 with 199 unltd 2G pack valid for 28 days. but on that day the rechrg was successful but in the evening the recharge was cancelled by a samll recharge of 5 rs automatically. and my 200 rs goes in vain. i complaint to the cust care but the didn’t help me. they said ur money is wasted. i want strict action towards idea. they are very bad in service. they are bad during calls also. i want proper resolution. they are thief in telecom industry. they made me ullu. iwant my money back.
