I got a call from www.shopcherries.com before two days. They told me that I am having very gud past online transactions so they are giving me a chance to join in their mega shopping carnival2015. In which I will get minimum top 8 gift confirmed. I just need to register once on site by buying online one product worth more than 4000. That link is www.shopcherries.com/carnival2015 I have bought one from that site. Then they told me that my name for mega shopping carnival has been registered. Today one person called me and given me my contest Id and Registered ID. And transferred my call to other person. He asked me ID’s and told me that I have won swiss couple tour worth Rs 4Lac25thousand Rs. Then he told me many more things on phone.Tthey told me that you do shopping of another 49000RS and will will give the nominee and scurity id. Then I did that after which I search on yahoo about this company in which I read review of various person having this kind of fraud with this company earlier. That is why I am contacting you sir. Please have a look in this issue and please can you tell me about genuity of this company. Please help me in this matter.

they told me that I have selected for the contest
then I made a transaction of₹5000 after that the company is not receiving my call at all

In which I will get minimum top 8 gift confirmed. I just need to register once on site by buying online one product worth more than 4000. Today one person called me and given me my contest Id and Registered ID. And transferred my call to other person his name is IMRAN. He asked me ID’s and told me that I have won Hero Honda 3rd price worth Rs 1Lac 80 thousand Rs. Then he told me many more things on phone. They told me that you have less points to earn more points do shopping of another 24999RS and will give the nominee and security id. After this they told me wait for 15 days, after they didn’t call me again when I ring their web site number they didn’t respond. Then I did that after which I search on yahoo about this company in which I read review of various person having this kind of fraud with this company earlier. That is why I am contacting you sir. Please have a look in this issue and please can you tell me about genuity of this company. Please help me in this matter.

Dear Sir,
Same experienced here by me. On 26th March 2015, I got a call from Shopcherries to take part in “2015 Mega Shopping Carnival”, which I accepted as a result of highly benevolent language of their staff, assuring me at least one prize. To register my name in the contest I was made to purchase “laxmi & Ganesh – Gold Plated Note” bearing order no. SCM1200007048 of Rs. 1499/-.
Later on, again I received call from this company, congratulating me for my name fixed against the 3rd prize (i.e, Honda CBR Bike). But for securing this prize I was made to do another purchase of Rs. 20,000/- for “One 18 KT IDL Hall Mark Love Pendant” bearing order no. SCM1200007405/7404.
Again few days back I got call from company, explaining me about their internal politics being played regarding the contest, in which I was informed that 3rd prize has to be given to someone else and to secure my name against the second prize (Foreign Tour), I have to do more shopping (about Rs. 72,000) which I clearly negated based on their foul intentions and my limited financial resources. I warned them about my intention of going to consumer court but they replied ‘we care least about your complaint’. Lot of scams are going in our country, who cares?
Now kindly help me in this regard.

Same think happen to me 1st they are telling that you won BlackBerry mobile &for that you will give only 1500 rupess and we will deliver in your address and also I got one Gold Note aganist that 1500 rupees.After giving the money I got that note .After 2 months againg call from their side now I won bick which value 1,85000 same thing for that I give 20000 rupess.Than I said I dnt have money so i can’t. This time they are requesting me saverl time by phone after that i paid by my credit card 20000 .Aftet that no phn came.This was happen 3 months ago .2 ,3 days ago another phone came from Delhi now they are telling that This phone cames from Bright Future and they got my file from shpocherri my full anount is ready jst now they are transfer in my account I just provide my account deatils.Whn I asking them that why shopcherri not give that money thay said some illegal documents they dnt have so Bright Future pay this amount of 185000 behalf of shopcherri .Than I was happy ok now I got my money.Atlest thay saying that as prossing fee I hv to submit 10% of that whole amount after deposit this amount in there bank a/c with in 2 hours I will get whole amount including 10% prossing fee.But This time I did not give.Here below I mentioned the bank details which they told me to deposit. 2015 April shopcherries.com call me they say you are selected for contest and they told me purchase product more than 1500 rupees then you are selected in top 8, I was purchase said some product after that they tell me we are going to organise the Prize Distribution function and after that webside phone number every thing is out of service.

This is very fraud company.
I suggest to all for never transaction with this types of companies like 2dayshopping, shopcherries, dealbrunch etc. These are very very fraud campanies.
