I had purchased Reliance dongle (7483307182) with FRC recharge worth 1500/- on 02 July 2012. It was working fine until the speed came down on 13 July 2012, following which had given a complaint to Reliance customer care the complaint no. being 182970848. The problem is not yet rectified even after repeated calls. Please help. My contact no. 9845304398.
