I bought a broadband connection with MTNL Jogeshwari in the month of May 2013. From the day I took the connection till date each and every day i have never been able to access internet without any disconnection. After every 5 or 10mins the internet gets disconnected.
I have already filled more then 30 complaints, I only get a call asking if the internet is working or not. I inform them and the problem. When i call them back what is the actual issue they are saying that the issue is with the line. I asked them if they can change it, but only answer i get is technican will check whats the issue. I have paid for the service if i am not getting the proper service then they should refund everything that i have paid to them.
