Internet fraud

Location/place: jodhpur

Name of company/service: TATA Docomo

we recharged prepaid internet service (RS 48.00, for 21 days and 1.5 GB free) of tata docomo on date 22 may 2012 at 8:59 A.M. in my mobile(mobile no. 9251971783), and got conformation of this recharge on same date(22 may 2012) at 10:59 A.M. on mobile. But when we use internet on the same day(22 may 2012), RS. 258 deducted by company from main mobile balance and close internet service. after that we write mail to company (complaint no. 508467) on date 23 may 2012. But we didn’t get proper response from them.
That’s why I am writing this complaint against Tata docomo company. please do favor to me.
