Name of company/service: ID Sports – Tour de India – Cyclathon

We had registered for the cyclathon scheduled in March 2012. the event got canceled and were told to give our details for them to refund the amount of the participation fees. Its been around 3 months but they have not yet refunded the participation fees. Each time a mail is put forward to them they reply saying it will be refunded in a week’s time. However, they still have not refunded the amount. And since sometime now they have stop responding to the emails sent on the email id mentioned on the website

    We had registered for the cyclathon scheduled in March 2012 for four participants and made payment of Rs4,400 by way of credit card. the event got canceled and were told to give our details for them to refund the amount of the participation fees. The rescheduling of the event was announced on March 9 and the participants received emails asking for details so that they could issue cheques for refunding the amount. Its been around 3 months but they have not yet refunded the participation fees. Each time a mail is put forward to them they reply saying it will be refunded in a week’s time. However, they still have not refunded the amount. And since sometime now they have stop responding to the emails sent on the email id mentioned on the website.
