INSURANCE CLAIM UNSETTLE AND NOT GIVE HANDSET BACK

I had purchase syska gadget secure insurance plan for my new mobile s7 edge, and my handset had been damaged i register the complain and claim for the same on 14/12/2016, from that date i had been very harassed by the company for not reg the claim first, then after they reg the claim i had upload all the document required by them to process the claim, after three month the claim had been registered and approve.

After that i had got the message to give the mobile for repair on 7th march 17 to the pick up point arrange by the syska company, and i had handover the mobile to the courier partner of pick up point…On 11 mar 17.

The company had received the mobile on 21st mar 17, and they had forward for repairs purpose and from that day they are telling it is under repair…Almost 4 months over for claim and 1.5 month my handset had given for repair…

Every time i call to the company they will tell its is under repairs form last 45 days…And they are not telling the date fo delivery of the handset to me… As i spoke to reg samsung care services for repair, they told me that only 1 day time required to repair my hand set… As it only display damaged is their…

But still i dont under stand why it is taking time to repair the hand set…It almost 135 days over still my mobile didnt get repaired… I am regularly calling the customer care for the same…They i have only one answer it is under repair…And not proper answer they are giving, , , ,

further i request them to hand over my mobile if it had not got repair also, but still not willing to give my mobile back…

I request you to look in this matter and take some strict action regarding this.
