With deep heart, I am putting my complaint with regard to the medical claim of my wife which was submitted to MD INDIA on June 12 and still I have not recd the same.
Pls see the below various communications sent to MD India since 15 November 12.
I have submitted all the required documents to them. Now they are just delaying my claim with a reply that they need some more time.
I am a retired person with no one to support us.
I would request to kindly help me to sort out this issue at the earliest.

You have communicated to me on 17.11.12 (pls see below) that claim has been send to your efficient technical team on 17.11.12 and after than all your communication it was mentioned that the processing will take 15 days or give some more time like recorded dialog.
This shows a clear message that you are playing with me. Inspite of begging and requesting to help the retired old person as the delay of settling claim is affecting my health. You have not considered my plead.
Anyway I have escalated the issue and complaint with Customer Form yesterday and let us see.
