Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO-Prepaid
I have TATA DOcomo number 8793239435. I had recharged with Rs. 50 on 18/02/2013 and When I started using internet services immediately Rs. 19 got deducted from my account.I had used the services only for 5 mins and then I disabled the connection immediately to avoid further deductions.I tried calling to customer care for many times but the call got auto-disconnected without allowing me to talk to customer service representative.
When I tried calling today morning the representative is saying no other scheme is active on your docomo account but the charges have been deducted for data usage of 1gb @ 10paisa/10KB.
I want the damn explanation that is it possible on DOCOMO’s 2G network to have data usage of 1GB in 5 mins when other people use 1 gb for months?
This has happened to me many times before also. I have give this conatct to many people and I use this number specially for internet. Please guide me through this. I have already raised the compleint with customer care( COmplaint no. 1581810834)but havent heard from them.
