I lost my credit card 8 months back i already given complaint to toll free number but they didnot block my card.the amount Rs.10000 used from my card.after that many times i called to RANIGUNJ branch BM Mr.PRAMOD and they wont take any action.but they took my entire amount from my Salary account without any prior intimation.one of your bank executive told in january pay the minimum payment we issue the card after that u can pay the total amount.i agreed with him the discussion is going but they are solved my problem still but they took my amount from my salary.i dont want to go for settlement i want to continue with bank so solve my problem as early as possible.one more important thing the Bank people from RANIGUNJ branch im calling regularly regarding these problem they are not giving right information.they took Rs.26787 from bank account number 912010046770690(AXIS BANK).im telling every time to those people when my out standing is rs.18000 when im lost my card.they are treating very negligence and worst treatment in service providing to customers.when call center executives also not telling any information.they sent my credit report to CIBIL actually im not defaulter with that case no bank giving to me any loans.in this case really i dont know the axis bank people playing these type of cheap tricks.my usage is Rs.7000 after loosing Rs.10000 the person used now it was Rs.32900.they took Rs.26797 showing Rs.6000 negative balance in my account
