Have not received 3G free offer with Samsung Galaxy Grand

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Grand phone in Kolkata on 1st April, 2013(IMEI number 355884056823386), and the first sim inserted was a Kerala Vodafone Sim. As per your offer claims, I am supposed to receive 2 months of 3G data of 2GB EACH MONTH. However, after repeated phone calls to the Kerala customer care and online complaints, and repeated false promises,I have not received the same. It is really disappointing to be promised an offer with a phone and then be cheated and ignored.I request you to provide me the same IMMEDIATELY.
