Name of company/service: sukam invertors
I purchased a sukam invertor in hyderabad on 16-3-2012, the warranty period lapsed on 16th of march 2013. the battery stopped working in feb 2013 and the service people changed the battery saying it as a new battery. The changed battery worked only for a month now and it has stopped working completly. sukam is cheating customers saying it as new battery where as it is not what they say so. I request consumer forum to look into this matter and do the needfull.
