AMC complaint not resolved

Location/place: India

Name of company/service: Godrej

I have purchased Split AC from Godrej and having AMC for 4 years starting from 2012.
I have made a request for service on 31st March 2013, as i have not taken any service under AMC, since purchased.
I have contacted Two times to the company regarding the same, but no response have been given till now, and no one has come to attend or called for the same.
I have been mentally harassed by the company on the issue.
Please help me getting out of it.
