Injustified Bill

I am Customer for reliance GSM and I recently switch my phone from CDMA post paid to GSM post paid.
So at Reliance Outlet at Jai Inder Ganj,Lashkar,Gwalior I request for Number Portability fro CDMA to GSM and Give Rs 100 from Transfer charge but they never provide any bill and they told me that it would be visible into my first bill on GSM.
In My First Bill, They add additional charge of Rs 89 for transfer charge and it is written on Bill that it is one time.
They never clarify plan detail but merely tell simple charges which is not in detail. But later in bill they written that my plan will charge Rs 2 paisa into Roaming for every incoming and outgoing call.

So final Bill is for Rs 593.
