Deduction of balance without prior information

Name of company/service: reliance gsm

sir i am a regular customer of reliance..my no is 7879501971.right now my plan r2r free and 10 min on other network. i got a message on 30th dec that standard charge will be deducted for sms.But i didnt got any type of message regarding no tariff will work on 31 and 1st jan 2013.but my balance was deducted as per the standard plan.I spoke with the customer care regarding this matter .They told that they had already informed all the customers by message regarding the deductions.They told that they were unable to inform me due to any technical problem.So I want my deducted balance back as per my rights.
