Name of company/service: Cleartrip

As on the 18th of oct’12, my father had booked 2 tickets amounting to RS 9430/- from Mumbai to Kolkata scheduled on the 25th of nov’12 from the official website of cleartrip. There is a receipt from the issuing bank stating the payment has been made to cleartrip. Since he had not received the tickets on his mail, he had called customer care where he was informed that the transaction was failed. After been shuffled between the customer care and the reservation department for days, he now has decided to take this to the consumer court.
The trip I’d is 1210188695, and the person who had booked it from cleartrip mr Ramesh rao has not gotten back with any solution since I spoke to him personally Yesterday. I was informed it was his day off. He had also acknowledged the fact that the money was found and due to some problem from their side it had not connected to the link.
Now there seems to be a question of either getting the money back( I’m against it) or issue the same ticket which had been bought on that day( as prices of these tickets have gone up 3k)
I want justice!!!
