Flipkart have the wrost service

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: FlipKart.com

Hi,

I have not seen the worst service other then Flipcart.com.
I cancelled the order and selected the “refund mode is Flipkart Wallet”But i didn’t received any money.When i called the support they are saying that it will take 48+ hours. What is this? Please check this::

If the refund mode is Flipkart Wallet, the refunded amount will be made available immediately.

May i know what the above lines means ? I think i know the English. After reading this only i canceled the order and now they are saying they don’t know this.
Now please don’t say sorry !!!!! If you can do the thing why you have written. Are you making us FOOL. I need the product in 2-3 days but again it will take another 3-4 days to get the money back and than to get the product order.
