we started a chit in 2009.. we paid every month installations money… the money had taken by intermediatories i.e., employees of kapil at my home…. at last month of clearence they told that we have to pay extra 500.. we paid that., we asked for clearence sheets but they told that ofice in jangareddi gudem replaced to rajahmundry so it will be later send to home by post.. but after 1year we recieved a court notice that to attend for court due to pending of installments.. we paid 1300rs of pending to intermediator and cleared again they said same thing that clearence sheeets will come by post… again after 1year we recieved a court notice that to collect things in the home and even thay did not inform the pending notices and after clearence also they are putting a lot of mental stress on us.. and thefting money by herrassing like this… plz help us
