Inferior Quality of Dispenser of Shaving Gel

This is to express the dissatisfaction upon usage of Gillette Shaving Gel. I had an experience last week when the brand new shaving gel upon purchase was not able to dispense the gel – the pump of the dispenser was chocked and rusted.
We have taken pics and have reported to the company – till date there is no acknowledgement to the email nor any one has called us.
BIG BRANDS – NO GOOD!
