I purchased Sony Xperia S on 20th May 2012 which stopped working within a month’s time.The handset was submitted at the service centre on 18th of june.They committed that it will be replaced within a duration of 10 days(maximum). Since then I have tried callling them a number of times but no one, including the higher authority has given me a justified reply.They either place the calls on a long hold or give irrelevant replies.This is rediculous and frustrating. I still don’t know what is the status of the replacement.
