We purchases Morphy Richard OTG from Croma Retail, Krome mall, Pune on 28 April 2013. We were told that the OTG will be delivered on 29 April 2013. We were also asked about the convenient time for delivery.
But then, we faced the following issues:
1. A person called me at 2 PM asking whether he can bring the OTG right away. We had already mentioned about our preferred time as 5PM to 9PM slot while purchasing. Then why did the person insist on getting the delivery at 2 PM itself? (FYI, this has happened with me twice in Croma.) The mobile number of that person is: 9767 033 272.
2. The person never showed up in the given time slot. Also, when I tried to contact him, his phone was switched off.
3. When we called customer care, the agent told us that the product has been dispatched, and will reach our place soon. But it hasn’t reached yet.
I am totally disappointed with Croma’s service. I have had enough. I’ll not be doing any purchases from Croma now on; and will also strongly suggest my friends/relatives to do so.
