It was really wonder full experiences driving this bike ,but the customer services in the store is terrible ,it’s an amazing product but sales representatives are not good ,there is no follow-up and the wait time is too long don’t know what is company is doing about it ,there is no attempt to understand and delivery on customer expectations I believe all the news about the reduction is the wait time by RE is just crap ,just buzz words followed by no actions and once the bike is booked we have to forget it ,there is no communication on if there is an increase in the wait time , every time we go to the dealer they have a new wait time and new story to tell ,the worst part is the basic fundamental of attending to the customer is often forgotten by them ,I don’t think this company has any ambition of growing and satisfying the customers ,I believe the times are near when you have to search for customers heads-up RE we have some amazing bikes entering this segment , I believe as consumers it’s better to buy products from companies which cares rather than from companies like RE ,it’s such a petty such an amazing bike belongs to such an incapable company.
I have booked my bike the new thunderbird 350 on oct 15 2012 at Re showroom in Bangalore called CVS motors my bike will be delayed by 2 more month April 2013 even after booking my bike in the first day of the launch, all my efforts to follow up with the dealer has miserably failed and regret the day I booked this I am not sure if anybody at RE gives any value to this email,let see this is my only resort.
