Inefficient Customer service

I had a registered a complaint( C134699075) on 6th january 2013 regarding leakage in Pure it i had purchased. without even addressing my complaint i received a message on 8th january saying that my complaint has been resolved. Then after two days an executive visited my house n told me that he ll replace the defaulting part in 24hrs. That executive never showed up after that. I registered another complaint(c134711085) on 13th jan. No executive visited my house but still i had received a message on tuesday that my address can not be traced for complaint number C134708943. On thursday i had received another message that my complaint number C134711085 has been atended but no executive has visited my house.
