Manchester United- branded sports goods store -The store has opened newly in prestigious Phoenix mall at Velachery-
They offer personlised T shirts/Jerseys – with your favorite ManU player names printed on request.
The Jerseys cost is payable on spot, Printing cost is extra payable in cash .
Printing of names is done as and when the printing machine is switched on- appears to be at the convenience of the stores staff.
Bought 3 Jerseys on 20Th Feb and was promised that printing would be done and ready by the weekend- i,e 24Th Feb.
Till date have not heard from them, and last call made by me was on 1st march- Response was that one alphabet was not available – was supposed to arrive from Bangalore.
This is an MNC- with vast resources , They could have got the material from UK itself in 3 to 4 days, but since i have already paid for the T shirt, are not bothered about getting their service completed.
Highly incompetent and indifferent attitude .
