indian postal department is irresponsible

Location/place: khatra, bankura, west bengal

I, submited a cheque on 27/03/2012,of rs. 21000, which is to be credited to my account no. of the same post office (at Khatra, Dist Bankura). But till now it not been credited. whenever I, go and ask the post office officials the reply that the cheque is missing, and ask me to go to the head post office in bankura town. But there they says its not their responsibility go to the khatra post office where you submmited the cheque. Its now about 3 mounths they are harrassing.
Post office receipt no. of the submmitted cheque is: S.B.-103. dated: 27/03/2012.

This is the not only case, once they lost my fathers saving account pass book and harressed for about 1 year and asked for rs 2000, for a new pass book, without any receipt of the amount.

This is our great Indian Post Office where they misses every thing.
