Incorrect Charges and Information

Hi,
Its about My No.(9654866369). I took this number on 30th april and i specifically asked vodafone to not to activate internet services, so the agent who gave this no. to me, confirmed that VODAFONE LIVE & internet is not active on this no. when i got my first bill they charged me 517rs, just for internet, so i called customer care,wherein i was informed that i have used vodafone live,though i didnot. I have send an email to vodafone about the same with the screen shot of “CAN VL” TEXT, which i was asked to send to deactivate it. However i am waiting for there reply. When i called vodafone again after my this months bill is generated, the agent told me that they cant do anything to help me, though even in this month i am charged for internet. Once the conversation was ended with that executive from vodafone whom i spoken to last time ,he called me from his personal no., which he should not have done as i dont think that they can use customers no. and can can call them just like that. That agent (Rohan : 7837773767) he called me , just to tell me that no one will help me as his manager said that if he will give the credit to me then other cust will also ask for the same so he should not do it and manager also told him that i am lying, without even checking my a/c details.
Its a request, Please look in to the matter as its been 2months and every month , rather then helping me they are just charging me and not ready to even listen to the concern.
I also have another no. from almost 2years on which i have been paying bills on time, and on this number as well, i don’t mind paying it but if the bill is correct only then.
Please Help.

    Hi,
    The mail which we have send you , we have also mentioned the screen shot of the send which was send by me from my mobile. Which has not been senn yet and after that we have not recieved any reply from Vodafone. few imp. things which i want you(VODAFONE)to take care are : 1. If i havenot used internet than how can i be charged?. 2. why that vodafone executive called me at around 1am in the night on my personal vodafone no. 19-jun ( as that was the date when i called vodafone cust care to resolve my issue) once the call was done , y did he called me and dared to send me a forwaded msg?. 3. He told me that his manager, didnt even bother to check the a/c and just said that the cust is lying and you leave the matter, DONT HELP THE CUST. WHY?. 4. Why the screen shot has not been checked?. 5. Why the bills has not been send to me for any month for this no.? Please look in to these questions as i have my other no. as well on which i hacve been paying bills on time, please check so why i would not pay for this no. this bill is incorrect as i have not used internet.
