The Rep from M/s Vaishnavi Agencies that are recovery agents for M/s Fullerton India, was indescent, rude & degrading towards a woman aged 56 years. (my mother-in-law). so much so he threatened that he would send 6 men at midnight for recovery, if she wouldn’t go to vashi station & pay the collection agent. Though i asked him to send his rep home, he refused. So I went to Vashi station & paid the collection guy ( Tanaji).
