My Indane Gas Consumer Number is .. 53631

I applied local transfer of my LPG connection from Sri Balaji Gas Agency, Prakash Nagar, BEGUMPET to Ennar Gas Agency, KAPRA on 20.05.2013. Till now, my connection has not been activated. Ennar Gas Agency is claiming their fault as “SYSTEM/SERVER RELATED”.

For the last 35 days, I have been visiting the Ennar Gas Service daily but they did not help me in activation of my connection so far. I visited IOCL office at Himayatnagar on 03.06.2013 and met Smt L R Sudha, Customer Relations Manager for redressal of my grievance, but of no use. Original TTV has been retained by the staff at Ennar Gas Service, Kapra, Hyderabad.

I had already lodged a complaint (COMPLAINT REGISTRATION NUMBER: 940701) in indane.co.in on 06.06.2013 but Smt. L R Sudha, CRM has simply replied that the complaint has been forwarded to the Ennar Gas Service.. After failure of repeated attempts made to resolve the matter with Ennar Gas Service only, I had approached and lodged a complaint with the portal.. but, the CRM of IOCL has not taken a serious view of the complaint but discharged her duty like a POST MAN by just forwarding the complaint to the agency.. This was not at all expected with the person in such a higher position to deal with the grievances of their esteemed customers.

As per the conversation of Ennar Gas Service, either IOCL or Ennar Gas Service do not know what happened in my case and how to resolve it..

Firstly, other name was reflected on my Consumer No. while authorizing transfer. After 15 days, correct name reflected but connection appeared as “SINGLE CYLINDER” instead of “TWO CYLINDERS”..

THE ENNAR GAS AGENCY IS REPEATEDLY CLAIMING IT AS A “TECHNICAL ISSUE” AND THE PROBLEM COULD NOT BE RESOLVED FOR THE LAST 42 DAYS..

Unfortunately, it has been the state of affairs in a reputed company like IOCL.. Whenever I go to Ennar Gas Service, they are pretending with some reason that my issue is pending with Mumbai office or Himayat Nagar office and it will be resolved in TWO days. Those “TWO” days have not yet completed for the last 42 days..

Compliant also filed with R SHANKAR, Indane Gas State LPG In-charge to his mail ID [email protected] on 27.06.2013 and reply is as follows:

“Dear Sir,
Kindly refer the message/ mail sent by you appended below and similar mail (0730 time of same date) attached please.
At the outset, we deeply regret the inconvenience caused to you in this matter and earnestly wish to resolve the same immediately.
Kindly bear with us and we shall check & revert shortly please.

As a final resort, I pray your good authorities to do justice to me as we are suffering due to lack of GAS supply for house-hold cooking for the last 42 days..

  1. I am having LPG connection of Indane. But my distributor had written wrong spelling of my name as “SDHAN KR. CHAKRABORTY” in stead of my correct name of “SADHAN KR. CHAKRABORTY”, now as I want to link my LPG connection with AADHAAR, my existing distributor M/S. BINA INDANE gas agency, Benachity, Durgapur-713213, Bardhaman, West Bengal insist on some affidavit, Voter ID, Ration Card, Pan Card etc. What is the exact procedure as I am not able to link it with aashar as my correct name is appear fault of mine I am suffering. PL. advice me. My Aadhar No and my Bank account no. not show by DBTL
