Incorrect information to customer

Location/place: New Delhi

Name of company/service: Vodafone

Vodafone customer care executives always give the wrong information to customer.
When I switched (mobile portability) to vodafone, then I was told that the itemized billing will be free of cost for me for lifetime.
But after 4 monts they charged me for this service, when I raised this issue then they replied that this service was available for 3 months only. After this it will be charged.

Than after this I received the call from their customer care, the representative told me that if I deactivate this service, then I’ll not be charged for this service. But again they have charged the same amount i.e. Rs. 49 for this service and now they are telling me as below:

“We would like to confirm you that as per our records the itemized bill service was free for 3 months hence you have been charged post completion of 3 months period and we regret that we would not be able to reverse the charges. Further, the itemized bill service has been deactivated on dated 15-06-2013.
We would like to inform you that the itemized service is a fixed rental service wherein rental will be charged for the entire month even if you use the service for 1 day. Hence, you have been charged Rs. 49 for the same”.

Then I would like to escalate this issue as thier customer care executives gives the wrong information to customer.

I have already escalated this issue to vodafone but I am unable to get any satisfactory answer from them.

Please help me with this issue.
