Incorret Timings and no efficient Drivers

Name of company/service: SVR Tours and Travels

Hi i am one of the travellers in the bus KA 01 AB 3825 which was started on 29th of july 2012 in vijayawada at 6:00 and reached ongole at 10:45, where the correct time to reach the point is 9:30
hence we have also faced a lot of obstacles in between the journey as the drivers in the bus do not know the proper route.Hence this has proved that they only care about money and not about the service ,along with me 30 other passengers also suffered the same,

    Please question the managements inefficiency of not answering the phone round the clock and not hiring the drivers who knows the routes.
