Name of company/service: blackberry service center
I bought BB9380 3 days ago but somehow on changing the sim card for the first time, the slot provided for sim broke and then I visited the blackberry service center in Kanpur and they refused to consider the handset in warranty and also refused to provide any further services. Also they asked me to pay 80% value of the handset and buy a fresh handset for this reason. Please suggest what best help can be provided in this regard.
