I have purchased my BSNL number +918500077000 I did online recharge when my balance is 50 around on 01-07-13 with 60,50 denominations, but it was failed to recharge on the same day and it was credited on 03-07-2013, now the balance is 130 around. All of sudden my balance came down to 49/- the credited amount again deducted. I m calling to Customer care there is no response, Being a govt network serving very poor. Not at all responding to my request. to whom i have to complaint if they were nt responding Please take this as serious issue and kindly solve the issue in recharging to account.
