it is extremely sad and disturbing that company of yr stature has so disgusting setup… I bought a new postpaid number 9910005426 and I was asked to call 59059 for confirmation. Initially my sim card said registration failed then finally when it showed airtel i could not get to talk to the ccr. I cald 121 from my prepaid number they asked me to call 9810012345. I did that entered my new number and the next thing they asked me is my password. How the hell am i supposed to have my password…. Currently again my sim is showing registration failed.
To add to the misery an airtel executive calls me on my alternate number (9810154244) tells me to get confirmation done , I recite her the entire story.. to which she says that I am the only one facing the problem. ..
I have landline connection as well n I am equally disturbed with that… I miss those days when airtel was synonymous with good quality… exceptional failure on part of airtel…
