I had bought a pack of Kellogg’s extra muesli nut delight from Big Bazaar, lower Parel , Mumbai. When I was about to have it with milk, to my shock found bugs n worms floating on the surface. Could’nt believe it. How can a company which boasts of strict quality standards do this?. Immediately I complained to Kellogg’s via writing a mail. They appologised to it and conveniently replaced the faulty pack with a new one. They even took the sample for verification. The person who came to collect assured me that the new pack is from a different batch and is a checked pack. Later, when I was having it with milk, I couldn’t believe what was in front of me. AGAIN the same thing. Black worms floating .. What a degraded company is this, which do not care about consumers. What if people fall sick or develop any fatal disease ? I seriously think that this product be completely banned from the market n all the existing pack be thrown in garbage. Whoever responsible of these kind of lapses should be brought into public and made to eat rotten food like this.
Big bazaar or any other outlet should immediately put an end to its sales.
